You are adored, not just by those who love you, but by the God who created you! Even if you don't feel "adorable". YOU ARE ADORED! Our head knowledge needs to over rule our feelings. Feelings are fickle. But praise God, He is not!

I have found this verse extremely helpful in bringing peace to my heart and mind. I will meditate on this verse, saying things like: Thank you, Lord, that you bring me peace. My mind is on You Lord. I trust You. Your peace is perfect for me right now
